Velvet Obsidian is a beautiful silky variety of volcanic glass mined out of Mexico. Its original name is "Monto Huichol" Obsidian. It is very challenging to get stunning pictures of this stone. Trust that it is beautiful in person. This is a nice dainty wire wrap pendant. Natural stone. It would make a great birthday gift for friends and loved ones.

Features

This stone has a groove around the side of it. The wire is bare jewelers bronze wire that is inlayed in the groove of this stone. It is very sturdy with the wire wrapping. The bail area is embellished with Czech glass beads for added character. The red and yellow beads complement the wire wrapping and the silky colors of this stone very nicely.
