Shipping policy
- Order processing times. After an order is placed, it will take 1-3 business days for your order to ship, 2-4 business days around holidays. Orders received after 5pm will be processed the next business day.
- Shipping costs. Any item/s ordered with a total under the amount of $35, customer pays the shipping fee of $4.95+ depending on where the order is being shipped to. USPS Ground Advantage. Anything purchased with a total of $35 or more, Wire Weaved Uniques covers the shipping for you. Everything ordered is always covered by insurance for your order protection.
- Returns, changes, and cancellations. Wire Weaved Uniques, only excepts returns and cancellations under special circumstances within 14 days of order being received. Those circumstances may vary when it comes to custom requests by customer.
- Potential service interruptions. Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of Postal Service control. Wire Weaved Uniques will be sure to keep track of any shipping delays for you.
- Order tracking details. You will get an email with your tracking number for your package once Wire Weaved Uniques begins the packaging process and prints the label within 1-3 business days, or 2-4 business days around the holidays.
- Canada Shipping Flat rate costs is $30.90(USD) for flat rate of your order being delivered with standard post of 3-4 business days. DHL is also an option for automatically calculated rates. Wire Weaved Uniques Charges a $10 handling fee.
