This is a gorgeous golden yellow tektite wire wrapped in tarnish resistant silver plated copper wire. This tektite is only found in Egypt. It is called Libyan Desert Glass. A meteor crashed into the sands of Egypt and that is how this high silical glass formed. I really enjoyed wire wrapping this tektite. I weaved a very unique frame and added silver beads to the side with a coiled swirl.
