Gold sheen obsidian is a beautiful natural stone that has a natural gold shimmer. This stone is found in Mexico and other parts of the USA. This was created by hand using jewelers bronze 12 gauge wire. The gold sheen obsidian is a bead that is woven into the frame of this piece. I shaped the frame and then hammered it to give it the nice texture that you see. This wire wrap is beautiful and elegant. There is a pewter based S-hook clasped that is used as a focal in this pendant. It would make a great mother's day gift, birthday gift, any sort of special gift for someone special. The chain is a nice bronze curb chain measuring at 18" long. The closure is a matching toggle.
